A remodelled and enlarged 20,000 square feet property in an exclusive community overlooking Beverly Hills. The main entry is centered around the inlaid floor. The spiral staircase is made of Thala stone steps framed by a solid curb. The breakfast room floor is totally inlaid in Red Verona and Thala marbles; the wall and the ceiling arches are finished very aged. The theatre bar’s counter is made in colourful Breccia Vendome marble and surrounded by a pavement inlaid with Gold Calacatta in bookmatch design, Cream Marfil and Yellow of Siena marbles. The steam room with its wall paneling, floor tiles, counters, legs, mouldings and dome are all made in Sahara Gold marble. The curved Roman mosaic on the back wall of the marble bench, wholly handmade, is of Sicilian design inspiration.
